L&M Home are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all full priced items purchased online at lmhome.com.au. Refunds will be processed via Eway, Afterpay or Zip, depending on how you placed your original order.
International orders can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned to L&M within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging & you must return the product at your own expense.
Receive Something Faulty?
When considering whether an item is faulty, please bear in mind the hand-made nature of many of our products. In the event where an item is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately (see below contact details). L&M Home will provide a replacement, or offer you a full refund. With all returns please state your full name, invoice number, reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please feel free to contact L&M Home on (03) 9419 6800 if you have any queries. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
